Aventon Gwynn recently celebrated the grand opening of its new apartment complex near Cool Ray Field in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The pet-friendly luxury apartments offer high-end finishes and spacious layouts, along with an exclusive amenity package.

The complex includes one, two, and three-bedroom upscale apartments. “Every detail is thoughtfully designed to cater to your every need,” according to the announcement from Aventon Gwynn. Residents can enjoy a two-story community clubhouse and a resort-style pool courtyard.

Located off Buford Drive, Aventon Gwynn provides convenient access for commuters to major employers and is close to shopping and dining options at The Exchange at Gwinnett and Mall of Georgia. Prospective tenants are encouraged to schedule a tour of the luxury apartments.
