On Tuesday, April 8, former Buford High School standout Jackson Brockett’s current college team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Kansas Jayhawks.

The game took place at Hoglund Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Jayhawks this season.

The Cornhuskers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6:05 p.m. at Duane Banks Field against Iowa Hawkeyes.
