The Gwinnett Chamber’s Gwinnett Leadership Organization for Women (GLOW) recently organized an event titled “Cracking the Confidence Code” at the Hudgens Center for Art & Learning. This session aimed to bring together women executives and business professionals.

Hathorn Consulting Group presented the event, featuring executive coach and leadership strategist Sarah Hathorn. Hathorn shared insights on cultivating executive presence, boosting self-assurance, and leading with intentional influence. Her extensive experience in guiding Fortune 500 leaders allowed her to provide attendees with practical tools to enhance confidence in their professional and personal lives.

The GLOW program was designed for women in business and executive leadership roles, fostering connections and professional development. The event welcomed a diverse group of professionals, from rising entrepreneurs to seasoned executives, all dedicated to enhancing their leadership skills and expanding their networks.
