On Friday, April 11, former Mill Creek High School standout Matthew Simay’s current college team, the Southern Illinois Salukis, lost 9-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Indiana State Sycamores.

The game took place at Bob Warn Field. This was their first matchup against the Sycamores this season.

The Salukis’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Bob Warn Field against Indiana State Sycamores.
