Rep. David Clark, a Republican who has represented Georgia’s 100th House District since 2023, used his social media platform on March 10, 2026, to outline his priorities as a candidate for Lieutenant Governor and highlight recent activities at the Georgia Capitol.

In a post from the afternoon of March 10, Clark advocated for changes to the state’s tax policy: “Our families and seniors deserve real relief—and they deserve it now. That’s why we must eliminate property taxes and let Georgians keep more of what they earn. As your next Lt. Governor, I’ll fight every day to make Georgia more affordable and put more money back in the” (March 10, 2026).

Later that day, Clark shared personal motivations behind his campaign for higher office: “My family means everything to me. That is why I am running to be your next Lt. Governor. I want my kids to grow up in a Georgia that is safe, free, and full of opportunity. I will fight for your families the same way I fight for my own, so Georgia has the best and brightest https://t.co/dSki0Vbw8f” (March 10, 2026).

In an evening update on legislative activities, Clark highlighted recognition of individuals at the state capitol: “Today at the Georgia Capitol, I had the honor of recognizing some incredible Georgians as we observed So Everybody Can Move Day. Clark was elected to the Georgia State House in 2023 after replacing Dewey McClain as representative for District 100.
