Rep. David Clark shares support for Burt Jones and addresses Minnesota tragedy

Rep. David Clark, a Republican representing Georgia’s 100th House District since 2023, recently used his social media platform to highlight campaign activities and respond to national tragedies.

On August 27, 2025, Clark posted about attending a political event with family and expressed support for Burt Jones’s gubernatorial campaign. “The future of Georgia has never had more opportunity! It was great attending the campaign kickoff for Burt Jones for Governor alongside my father-in-law, Treasurer of the United States, Brandon Beach last night! Proud to call Burt a friend—he’s a proven, authentic conservative”, he wrote.

Later that day, Clark addressed a tragedy in Minnesota with condolences for the victims. On August 27, 2025, he stated: “My heart breaks for the victims of the horrible tragedy today in Minnesota. Innocent lives taken while they were in prayer. It is unfathomable that a fellow human being could perpetrate such a horror. These were children whose hearts were close to God at the time of their”.

On August 28, 2025, Clark shared news of receiving an endorsement from Veterans for America First. He posted: “Honored to receive the endorsement of Veterans for America First as we fight to protect faith, family, and freedom here in Georgia!”

Clark was elected to represent Georgia’s 100th House District in 2023 after replacing Dewey McClain.
