Later that day, Rep. Hilton highlighted efforts made by local representatives to reopen Lake Lanier Parks in time for Memorial Day weekend despite political challenges faced at the federal level. He credited individuals like @RichforGA and @DolezalForGA for their proactive measures which allowed him to enjoy a run along Lake Lanier as noted in his tweet “Thanks to their work.”
