City of Norcross recently issued the following announcement.
The city will be closed in observance of New Year's Day on Friday, December 31st. Trash and recycling collection will not be affected. The city's collection vendor, Waste Management, closes on New Year's Day which falls on a Saturday and so will not impact resident collection.
