City of Sugar Hill recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Sugar Hill (the “CITY”) is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide “at-risk” construction management services to construct a restroom building at Gary Pirkle Park. Information about the project is provided below and on the city’s website: www.cityofsugarhill.com. Instructions for preparation and submission of a response are contained in the full text of the RFP (link provided). All submittals are due at the Customer Service Window located at 5039 West Broad Street, Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2022. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all technicalities and accept any bid from the lowest responsible bidder.
