Industry veteran and previous AAHOA Executive Vice President and COO Rachel Humphrey has publicly announced the launch of the Women In Hospitality Leadership Alliance, a consortium of 18 different organizations and several individuals committed to advancing women in hospitality.
AAHOA is one of the participating organizations that will continue to work individually to advance women's initiatives, but with the help of the Women in Hospitality Leadership Alliance, the programs, messaging, and initiatives advancing women in leadership will be greatly amplified.
"I look forward to seeing the tremendous impact these organizations, already successful in so many ways, will continue to have on advancing women in leadership in our industry as the result of their collaboration," said Rachel Humphrey.
