Redistricting Information Sessions
The City of Newnan will hold a total of four (4) information sessions relating to the redistricting of the boundaries of the City Council districts. Redistricting occurs every 10 years, following the Decennial U.S. Census, and is mandated by law. The purpose of these sessions is to allow residents to compare the existing and proposed maps and to share their input.
