Sophie Mooney, former Collins Hill High School softball player will compete with her collegiate team for the NCAA D2 Softball Championship

North Georgia Nighthawks Coach Mike Davenport (2024) | North Georgia Nighthawks

Former Collins Hill High School player and current North Georgia Nighthawks infielder and pitcher, Sophie Mooney, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number two seed against the seventh seeded Flagler Saints.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
