Voting is underway for the school calendars of the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 academic years in the GCPS district. Students, staff, and parents are invited to review four available calendar options and cast their votes. Each option presents a calendar for both school years.
The vote will determine which calendar is adopted by the school system for the next two years. This process is not a survey; each participant can vote only once. Families, students, and staff have been sent an email containing a link to participate in the voting.
Further details about the calendar options, including answers to frequently asked questions, are available on the district's website. The voting period concludes at 11:59 p.m. on October 22.
