The Gwinnett Leadership Organization for Women (GLOW) commenced its 2025 events with a program titled "Navigating Change with Confidence" on January 21. The event took place at the Gwinnett Chamber and was aimed at executive-level women seeking guidance on career transitions.

Velera Wilson, a noted speaker, author, and consultant, led the program. She provided insights into evaluating change stages, building confidence, and implementing steps for smooth transitions. Wilson's experience includes leading marketing strategies for Fortune 100 and 500 companies and writing the book "You’re Absolutely Worth It." Her presentation offered tools and strategies to help participants manage career shifts effectively.

The event was supported by sponsors About Face Skincare, Northside Hospital, and MST.

For those who could not attend, a photo gallery capturing key moments is available online. GLOW plans to host more programs throughout the year.
