Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) is set to host the 2025 Transition Fair aimed at students with disabilities, their families, and educators. Scheduled for Saturday, March 15, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., the event will take place at Peachtree Ridge High School located at 1555 Old Peachtree Road NW in Suwanee, Georgia.
The fair will commence with a brief orientation designed to offer guidance on navigating the Transition Fair and accessing key resources. Local agencies will be present to provide information on various topics including Supported Employment, Day Programs and Community Living, Recreation and Leisure, Vocational and Career Services for individuals with special needs, as well as Funding and Community Resources.
