Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) has been recognized with the 2025 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for its employee engagement efforts. This award highlights workplaces with highly engaged cultures worldwide.
Superintendent Dr. Calvin J. Gallup's analysis involved data from over 3.3 million employees across 347 organizations in 53 industries and 90 countries. It identifies organizations excelling in employee engagement, which often leads to better outcomes such as customer ratings, profitability, productivity, turnover rates, safety measures, absenteeism levels, and overall well-being. Despite challenges in the workplace environment, GCPS remains dedicated to engaging and developing its staff to enhance its mission and impact.
