Gwinnett County Public Schools is conducting the EES Student Wellness Screener and Survey for students in grades 3-12. This initiative aims to gather confidential feedback on students' school experiences, practices affecting student learning, and school performance.
Students from grades 4-12 will access the survey through the GCPS Student Portal from February 1 to February 29, 2024. Third-grade students will participate only in the EES Student Wellness Screener during this period.
Parents have the option to opt their children out of participating. To do so, they can use the Parent Portal or submit a written request to their child's school. The deadline for opting out is January 26, 2024, prior to the administration of the screener and survey.
